Return Policy

We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date as provided by the shipping carrier.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • A packing slip or proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please click “Make a Return” on our website and follow the instructions.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with further return instructions.

Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on the part of JJ Limitless (such as a damaged or incorrect item).

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are not refundable

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
