Shipping policy

At JJ Limitless, we want your order to arrive safely and smoothly so you can begin enjoying your journal as soon as possible.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

For orders shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, we offer a flat shipping rate of $6.

We also offer free shipping on orders $35+ within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.

Delivery Estimates

Most orders shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take approximately 5–10 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

Please keep the original packaging and damaged item, as photos may be needed to help resolve the issue.

JJ Limitless is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed once they are in the carrier’s possession, but we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.
